Our clinic in Deir El Balah

As soon as he left Gaza, Dr. Almoghrabi felt the need to continue supporting the people of Gaza. In Rafah, he had observed the disastrous living conditions in terms of hygiene, and it was clear that displaced populations would face serious dermatological issues. He had also encountered a former dermatologist colleague who had been forced to beg. This inspired him to create a dermatology and pediatric clinic.

The clinic opened in May 2024 in Deir el Balah.

The project is run by a Palestinian team consisting of a dermatology consultant, a pediatrician, a psychologist and nutritionist, and a nurse. Located in a densely populated area home to many displaced people, the clinic receives between 100 and 150 patients per day.

Since its opening, it has already treated thousands of people suffering from skin infections, dermatitis, and other conditions worsened by harsh living conditions. It offers dermatological consultations, care for burns and wounds, abscess drainage, and essential pediatric services.

We are very pleased with the success of our clinic and hope to see it grow in order to better meet the needs of the Gazan population.

Our school in Deir El Balah

In December 2024, at the request of the displaced populations in Deir El Balah, we decided to open a tent school.

We are currently working with 5 teachers who support 246 students aged between 6 and 12. Our school aims to help them catch up and follow the official curriculum. It is completely free, and all school supplies are fully provided by us.
