Isabelle holds a degree in Applied Economics from UCLouvain, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a PhD in Management Sciences from UCLouvain.She taught Marketing for 28 years at the Louvain School of Management (LSM). During her academic career, she served as Vice-Dean for International Affairs at LSM and as Academic Director of the CEMS International Master’s in Management programme.

Prior to joining academia, she spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble, where she held several senior marketing positions, including European Marketing Director and member of the Executive Committee of Procter & Gamble Benelux.
